I know there are alotta components & systems that Military contracts work with for day-to-day operations. Such as "C4ISR"...or learning how to attach certain parts to a tank.
Here's my question: Since very few people(even prior military) know about how to work with these components or hi-tech military...Can a company that works for the military hire you THEN teach you how to work with whatever they do on a daily basic?
Is it usual?
Or is the company worried abut spending too much money on "training employees"?
Example: They hire you...then give you 2 weeks training on how to put certain components on an HEMTT since you wasn't a Mechanic during your prior military career.
