I have a lot of rolling/ice pick scars on my cheeks and hairline. I've been using a Microdermabrasion cloth and Tamanu oil but the process is so slow. I'm thinking about going to a derm and having them inject some collagen into the pocks to "fill them" in. I have two questions though, roughly how much did it cost (my insurance doesn't cover anything considered cosmetic. I asked about this specifically and they said no). My second question is are there any side effects after it is done. Things like redness, irritation etc. I'm the maid of honor and going to NY for my best friend's wedding in the beginning of April and I really would like to have the smoothest looking skin as possible for it. So any info at all would be great!!!
