Question for biology debate?

In biology this week we're having debates, and I thought I might as well open up my topic to the general community. It is: Should the U.S take the lead in Environmental Reform at the COP15 global climate conference? I'm on the pro side. What do you think?
Misty Dawn- It might not fit in the biology category exactly... but the debate is in my biology class. That's why I put it there.
 
I don't think it's a biology subject...


I'm just saying, that unless your teacher has already approved the topic, it's not actually a biology topic, and not appropriate for biology class.
