I have written up a giant document. 11 pages and 4000 words about a design for a video game. It has two factions that I at the time listed as FACTION ONE and FACTION TWO. I now want to change these to proper names so what I'm wondering is is there a quick way of doing these? For example getting it to automatically change FACTION ONE to APPLES and FACTION TWO to BANANAS. 
Also is it able to change words like FACTION ONE's to APPLE'S or will it just change it to APPLE and ignore the 's?
