No they shouldnt charge you anything just simply go to a sprint store and tell them this problem see if they can fix it if they can watch them so you know how to fix it if not then tell them you want to return the phone and get a new one. Also dont forget to tell them you only had it a week. By the way Verizon is better than sprint. Verizon has the most coverage, but also At&t has the fastest sevice. It was proven.

Hi, I just switched over to Sprint from Verizon on Tuesday last week. They don't have a Sprint in my town so we have to drive quite a distance and its always so hard getting through to a person on the phone so I thought I would ask people who might know the answer.

I got the Rumor 2 and I am completley unsatisfied with it. It keep freezing up on me and wont let me do anything until I get an incoming text or call. And I can't take the battery out because the cover they put on it wont come off! My question is I have only had this cell phone for 6 days, can I take it back and get a different cell phone? If I can is there any other charges?

Please and Thank You!!!! 10 pts for best answer
Well when Verizon charges you 300 dollars just for 2 lines, then charges you another 300 dollars for internet service, you have to switch somewhere. Plus sprint gives me a discount since im in college.
