R rpm92 New member Jun 18, 2009 #2 You need the concentration of hydrogen ion at equilibrium. From this the equilibrium conc. of the weak acid is inferred. The equilibrium conc of the undisociated acid is the initial acid conc. less that which has dissociated i.e. [H+].
