question bout the htc tilt pleassee help (its bout the camera)?

okkk soo; i have the htc tilt and i like it and all but whenever i take a picture it takes like 10 seconds to take it and its so annoying whenever i wanna take a picture of something or someone they always move bc i took too long...one time i dropped my phone and when i turned it on it took a picture it like 2 seconds then the next time i went to use it it went back to taking 10 seconds..


is there a way of making it go back to taking it quickly? do not tell me to drop my phone again or something stupid

ps its not of self timer..
