I am currently working in an Information Technology position, and am thinking about going back to school. The job I am currently in is a joke. There is currently myself and two others managing the servers, pc's, network devices etc. I am currently the only one who has to deal with issues as one is a fossil, and the other would prefer surfing the internet all day. Question is, are most IT jobs like this where the hard workers get the short end of the stick? I enjoy working hard and earning my money, but after this job I am worried it is over looked. Is this only the place I am working at? If so I was thinking about making the switch over to policing.
