i was running everday but i haven't been running because it's extremely cold out now......i still run in place inside and do crunches and situps and pushups but i can tell it must not be good enough.....even though i'm only eating 1500-1600 calories my belly is getting flabby and i lost 3 pounds (for some reason i don't know why) and im just feeling really crappy because i dont look or feel as toned as i did before........what should i do....i cant run outside....cus i get lightheaded in the cold and my muscles are too stiff to do it anyway in that temperature
