Question about wallpaper on Motorola Droid!!?

i have the motorola droid, and i want to get this picture to be my wallpaper:

However, its not the correct size. the dimensions have to be 960x854

does anyone know a way i can edit the size to fit the wallpaper on my phone? thanks
