Ok i got my phone from them and it was defected and i called them up and they sent me one because my warranty wasnt over it had only been a month. in the mail and i was wondering do the send out refurbished or used phones if something is wrong with yours?....if so why is this fair if i wanted a used phone i would buy it for 30 dollars instead of paying 200 and its not my fault it was defected. So does anyone know if they were used or refurbished because when i got it had a sticker on it saying that it was certified but i have no idea what that means.
