My friend lives in canada, and he says he has unlimited texting on the rogers phone company, but that hes not sure if this applys to texting to a USA phone. I'm on verizon, with unlimited texts. Can we text eachother or does Rogers restrict out of the country texts, or does Verizon restrict out of the country texts?
