I have a chocolate touch, I have had it since Christmas 2009. I heard alot of people say the screen stops working after so much use.. Well mine has got to that point. I wanna get a non touch screen phone. But my contract is not up till august. If I go to the verizon store and tell them this problem (this manufacting problem) will that give me a new phone.. But j heard they give you the same phone.. But I wanna know can I get an older phone that is not touch screen? Will they allow that or do I have to get the same phone?
