I have an ATT phone, and it can't get unlocked so that I could use an international sim card.
is there any way to assign an international number to my US phone, if not, then what are the rates of text messaging WHILE IN an international country?
For example, I will be in Hong Kong, and I want to text within HK
How much will I have to pay for each message sent/received, and will the person receiving my text get charged as well?
