Hi we bought a car a while ago and gave the dealer the title of our old car as downpayment. he never ever towed the car away and its just been sitting in the driveway of the house we are renting. we are looking to move soon and can not leave it there. we already called the dealership (they are very bootleg) and the guy said he would come get it but never got it. What can i do about this? can i have the junkyard come pick it up? he has the title but the car is on our / landlords property, im clueless what to do. Im in NY state.
