question about the verizon iphone, and there new policy changes?

is the iphone 5 going to be released in the summer of this year, if so will verizon get it?, and there new policy changes to ending contracts early, do they still allow you to end them for a fee, for example, my contract now doesnt end till November i want to say of this year, but i want the iphone, so i was going to pay to end it, but then i was thinking just wait till summer, and see if they'll let me upgrade early
