Recently I had the battery taken out for testing and the alternator changed, so that reset the stereo system. The shop forgot to put the code in to turn it back on. So we called them and got the code, and I put it in, but instead of working, all the display shows is the word "OFF." It ejected a CD that was in the system, but it won't do anything but turn off, and display the word "OFF." Was there something else I was supposed to do or something to get it working again?
