I've a question for those who has trained by squash coach, especially for those who career as professional squash coach.
I and my friend played squash for around 15 years, never trained by coach. We both "play well" but one question left unanswered. When I hit the ball with my right hand, my left foot ALWAYS step forward, but when I watch other players play, most of the time when they hit the ball with right hand, their right foot steps forward, are we wrong all these years? What is so good about right foot move forward when hitting the ball with right hand? Please teach me.
Thanks in advance.
