question about the samsung magnet?

so, my cousin and i have this phone and let me tell you, I'M SICK OF HEARING LADY GAGA AS THE RINGTONE!!!!!! so, here is the deal, we have no usb cable, and no browser on the phone and in addition, there is no way to send ringtones as a text so ventones will not work. my question is, IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO GET RINGTONES ON THIS POS ASS PHONE?!!! PLEASE HELP, MY SANITY DEPENDS ON IT.
