So, i have the exclaim, and im trying to hook it up to my phone to the computer and it says i need to install the software. So i go and hit the next button and it says "please wait while the wizard searches.... SAMSUNG CDMA TECHNOLOGIES. and it keeps searching and doesnt do anything. Whats wrong? Do i need to download the hardware or something?
