Question about the Honda FCX?

Well I am looking into cars that I want for when i get my license in December. My dad is a mechanic so its gonna be used and hey that is fine by me the cars I have in mind are Mini Cooper, Honda Fit, and Honda FCX.

Now the Honda FCX is fueled by water. Where do you go to fill it up again... more like how?

Also if the seats are made of plants isn't that kinda bad for the environment just taking plants to make into a car?
