Question about test scores.....?

I have a 36 on my ACT and am planning on applying to schools such as stanford, harvard, etc... My SAT score is a 2130 but i did quite well on my subject tests (800-math2, 780-chem, 670-bio). i want to submit my ACT and SAT subject tests, but not my SAT score. Do I have to submit my SAT score if I want to submit my subject test scores or do can I just submit my subject test scores? Thanks
