For some reason, my MyTouch has gotten really loud ever since I used the voice direction in the phone's GPS. Every clicking sound that it makes is really loud, the clicking wasn't this loud when I got my phone and I know that it has gotten loud because my brother also has a MyTouch and the clicking sounds aren't as loud as mine. It has nothing to do with the volume because I tries lowering the volume and it doesn't work. Now, my question is, if I do the factory data reset, which restores the phone to the settings it came with, will I still be able to re-download the apps that I paid for without having to pay for them again?
