question about swine flu, and health problems.?

basically my question is,
if you have bad health problems such as;
a heart disease and a long-term illness [asthma]
are you sure to die of swine flu,
or do you still have a chance of living...
and if so, how much chance of living.
because i have a heart disease & asthma.
