I live in the State of Illinois and my 15 year old daughter got in trouble for fighting in another county. I was not around, as it happened over the Summer while she was visiting family.
Apparently now they are looking to serve a summons to me and/or her for the court appearance. What happens if they are unable to locate me ? Again, it's not for me...it's for my daughter and she is a 15 year old minor.
Will they put a warrant out for my arrest if they are unable to locate me to serve the summons or subpoena???? Thanks!
