so i'm a 14 year old guy in grade 9, i'm about 6'1'' and about 146 pounds, so i'm pretty much skinny because if i was shorter i would of been fat but because my genetics is tall so i'm tall, i'm also not those kind of guys who are watching tv instead of exercising or playing sports because outside of gym class i exercise or play sports about 1-2 hours everyday including MMA that i do 3 times a week for 1 hours. so i started lifting weights because i met this girl at the start of grade 9 and i'm starting to have feelings for her so i want to get bigger but otherwise so many girls look at me and say hi but because i'm so embarrassed about me being so skinny, my body says weak but my brain says martial arts fighter, and about 3 people in my class out of the entire school bully me verbal so i told them i didn't want to fight because i use martial arts for self defense and one of them slapped me and the girl i always talk to that i like backed me up and i was about to hurt him because i can lift about 30 pounds on each hand abot 50 times by weight fashion otherwise i bench 100 pounds. so i let that go so how can i stunt my growth because to date the girl i want to impress her but she said she likes it the way i look and nothing can change that, but i still want to please her. or the bullies i want to scare them or when i get bigger hurt them abit that can control their anger. so any thoughts. by the way i heard how cigarrets cann stunt my growth but i'm never doing that, and my friend lost his growth from drinking coffee and i drank coffee about 3 times, so otherwiseis there a way to stop myself from growing, otherwise happy new years
