I applied for fafsa and was given a full federal pell grant and some other loans etc. for a University in Texas. But I decided to not go but to go to community college instead in the spring. So do I have to apply again and whatnot? and how do I go about getting the financial aid to the other school? I am just a little confused and don't know what I should do at the moment. thnks
