If two separated parents have 50/50 physical custody and 50/50 joint custody but one parents doesn't exercise his/her time with the child, doesn't buy anything to the child (keeps him 20% of the time instead of 50%) and DOESN'T EVEN CALL THE CHILD, while the other parent provides medical care, food, shelter, takes the child (toddler) to playgrounds, teaches him #'s/alphabet etc.........IF THIS MATTER WAS BROUGHT TO THE COURT HOW WOULD A JUST MOST LIKELY LOOK AT IT??? The parent who is not involved doesn't have real excuses. COULD THE JUDGE AWARD THE CARING PARENT FULL CUSTODY?
Just posted this question because I know there are people on Yahoo who have knowledge about this stuff.
Thanks.
