It may be too late now as I am about to become 25 years old in Septeraber, but I know that there are certain stretching exercises meant to correct Scoliosis or, at least prevent it from becoming worse. I supposedly only have 4% curvature, so the docs. say that it's not really anything to worry about.

This is what my report says: There is minimal scoliosis of the upper thoracic spine with convexity to the left. The angle of scoliosis is about 4-degrees. There is no secondary lurabar scoliosis. The pedicles, vertebral body and disc spaces are normal.

So when I do stretching exercises, which way would be best for me to bend and lean in order for me to work my way towarRAB a more normal position? Rght or left?

If you want to try exercises, if they can help, perhaps get a referral for physical therapy.
