Question about running a business?

If I was to interview Michael Jackson as a potential candidate for employment in my business, and I didn't employ him after that but gave the job to someone else, could/would he sue me under the Racial Discrimination act because he "used" to be black? And if I happened to give the job to a black man, would Michael Jackson then sue me because he's now white? I need to know. Thanks.
 
Michael Jackson would have to prove he wasn't hired because he was black/white and you gave the job to another person who was white/black. Burden of proof in on the accuser.
