Hey i was looking to join those career development program for CIA or FBI NSA. But all of them require you to be US Citizen where Army, Navy, Marines and Air Force do take permanent residents. I wanted to join one of the career programs where they help pay for colleges and later work for them but not in the military. More like CIA or FBI are there any programs from these agencies for permanent residents.
