okay first of all please PLEASE no negative nancy's.
I dont want to swim in negativity. so here is my question...
i was in a vehicle with someone who had a qrter. pound of
marijuana hidden in her vehicle. not only was she arrested but me
and everyone else in the vehicle. she claimed it as her sole posession
and they still charged me with posession. its a class b misdemenor.
im going to court tomorrow and i need to know if i should plead
no contest or not guilty. also if i am charged a fee im aware that its
1000 or less but what is the usual? do they go with 1000 every time???
one last thing...i got staph on my arm from the suit they made me
wear and i was wondering if i should tell the judge. okay thats it
