Question about Playstation 3?

You can look up a guide on google that I put up. It is very complicated and you have to be committed to it too. You will also need a mod chip and install many programs on your PC.
 
i have a ps3 and i have call of duty 4 is there a way to modd the game to do what i ever i want.. i see a lot of this on youtube but how do u do this
 
modd do u mean like the glitches in the game i dont know if there is much of them left i know when using some of the guns in the game u will run faster with different guns but the glitches i really dont know much about
