Question about nokia e63? **?

hi, i will be getting the nokia e63 soon,
i actually want the e71 but im not aloud since its way over my budget

though i had a few questions:

1; does the nokia e63 come in white or is it going to come out soon? btw im in australia?
2; IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE MENU LAYOUT ON THE E63; ITS SO UGLY ! lol
3; over-all is it a good phone?
