There is a recent law that has went into effect that keeps people who are going into nursing homes from giving their homes up. The law says that if the new nursing home resident has a child who is determined as disabled that the nursing home cannot take the home away from the disabled child who was originally intended to inherit that home. What is the name of this law and where might I find more information on the web about this law? Thanks for any help.
