me and my wife hired a lawyer to file my papers to uscis. once we gave her all the money she needed to file the papers, she told me she would send it.
last week i asked her when shes gona file it and she said she would call me for the tracking no. i emailed her four days later coz she still didnt give it to me. she just sent me copies of all the papers shes gona send. everything is in order. but when i emailed her about the tracking no, she sent it to me. its now two days later and the message on the post office website is still saying the same thing. here is a copy of the exact text when i put in the tracking no.:

"The U.S. Postal Service has received electronic notification from our Automated Postal Center (APC) in *(city, zip)* on October 19, 2009 to expect your shipment for mailing."

by this message it looks like she didnt mail it out yet and the post office had just received notice of the package coming. it was two days ago and it still not sent. supposed to be sent a week ago.
how can i ask her whats going on? i dont want to make her mad coz she can delay everything. my wife's birthday is in dec and i wanted to work by then but if this is the kind of service then im never gona get my stuff done. how can i go about this? she took the time to send me bill for the outstanding money but she didnt even mail my application out yet according to the post office website.
anyone please help me. this is so frustrating. she looks legit with alot of certificates onher wall and stuff. what do you suggest i do?

please be serious and dont leave snotty comments please.
thanks in advance
