question about my cell phone games?

i have the gravity 2 t-mobile phone and i can't seem to get games to work. i heard of this j2me program that you install onto the phone and that allows you to play games but i am not sure. i want to know it there is a drag & drop way or what. i do not have internet so that won't work. one of the games that i want is cod modern warfare 2. i already have a place to download it they just don't say how to do it. i would prefer to keep the downloading to a minimum. thanks
