Ok so i have 2 12 alpine type rs and a mtx mxa8001 amp. This setup is crazy loud but i have a little problem with somethin. everyonce in a while when i pause my music..the subs keep bumping at a steady pace. and the red power light on my amp blinks right on each beat of the subs when there bumping....(when the music is paused). and the bumping cant be controlled with the volume? also..i was playing this one song in my car and at the end of the actual bass hit...theres an extra beat that isnt suppose to be there..its just a short bump..and the amp light also blinks when that happens to?? anybody know what might be wrong? I already shaved all the paint off where my ground is..that didnt work..so now im gonna get new RCAs to see if that may be the problem. still would like some advice. anything would help!!
