Question about Multisim and electronics workbench.?

I'm new to electronics and don't understand very much about ic's so my question is: Why is it that when I'm trying to build an LED chaser circuit in multisim I can't find a 4017b timer chip in the program with 16 pins? They all have 14 pins. Can I still build this circuit using these components? All the schematics I find online contain 4017b chips with 16 pins.
 
If unsure build it using a breadboard and actual components. Before I was victimized by these electronic simulators, works great in computer simulation in actual circuit not working properly. Actual components are much more accurate than an electronic simulation.
