question about mini SD card for 8940 phone

Is it possible to put video clips, ringtones, and images on an SD card and have my Audiovox CDM 8940 read them (access them)?

[I use a sandisk Mobilemate SD to connect my mini SD card to my computer through a USB port.]
 
I am just trying to get the "MP3" player to work using the SD card. I have the same phone and I use sandisk. My (MP3) music files are on my mini SD card but when I put it into my phone it says no music files are found.

Can anyone help?
 
MP3 is easy, try repluging your card in (it doesnt work sometimes when you plug it in). If that doesnt work, check to see if your MP3s are stored in the MP3 folder, otherwise the phone won't read your MP3s.
