Question about military BAH?

I'm a tad bit confused how the whole BAH thing works.

My husband just reported to MCT at Camp Pendleton today. Do I receive BAH while he's in training? Is there paperwork that needs to be filled out (I have POA)
Oh and I enrolled in Tricare prime last week and currently have standard, but when I asked the woman at the TSC how I use standard to go to the Dr. she told me not to...but my prime doesn't kick in until August 1 and I've been uninsured for about 18 months. So any info about that would help too :)
 
Your husband will get BAH as part of his LES. You don't need to fill out anything he has to go through finance to get it set up.

yes, and is he going to be a bullet caTCHER LIKE ME i AM GOING TO JOIN THE MARINES AND MORE THAN LIKELY IM COMING HOME TO MY MOM IN A BODY BAG.
