Question about medication?

Hi everybody, I am new to the boarRAB. I have a few questions. First I have anxiety for more than 20 years but recently start having panic attacks (nausea, gagging in morning, shaking or trerabling, and fear , high pulse rate and derealization ) again. I been on Paxil 20mg for more than 5 years which usually has help me with anxiety but I about three week ago I had big panic attack and since than I been having attacks mostly in the morning. I went to the doctor two weeks ago he prescribe buspar 2.5 mg 3 times a day which I start a 1 1/2 weeks ago but I have not found any relieve. So yesterday. I had big panic attack with pulse rate at 101 and blood pressure 160/100 so I went to the emergency because I also suffer from high blood pressure which alarm me for being so high. At the emergency they did ekg normal, chest xray normal and blood work which show my potassium was low. They gave xanax .5 to take every 8 hours till I can see my doctor . I was wondering if anybody take all these medicines. Paxil 20 mg, buspar 2.5mg three a day, lotrel for high blood pressure, and now xanax. Are there any side effect taking xanax .5mg with paxil and buspar,and lotrel 5/20.


Any help would be helpful.
 
I take .5mg in the morning for anxiety thats all I need since my anxiety is worst morning . I was wonder how long anybody take xanax? I see my doctor on Wednesday and was wondering if she can give me refiill on it. I was originally give xanax at the ER . how much do your doctors give you of xanax.
