QUESTION about Mcmaster university courses - Medicine?

I want to go into the Mcmaster medicine school, and I was wondering which course I should go to (i can't decide) between Life Science or Kinesiology. Please don't tell me what marks I need for the cutoff because I know that information, it's just about a decision, which I will ultimately make but I need help.

Also, I am planning on doing the MCAT after year 2 so which course will be most helpful for covering that material/
