Question about mazda 3?

i Sport mazda 3 automatic, on edmunds.com it says the MSRP is $14,795 do dealers sell these kind of cars? or are they all with options and high like $20,000? And if i were to buy a car should i try and get a couple of thousand lower than the MSRP or their price? And what is the difference between inovice and MSRP?
