Tell me how and what to eat.
Tell me what is the best exercise to do daily.
Tell me when , how to sleep and grow my muscles good.
Tell me what time it is best to train stamina, strenght, agilty... speed.
I allready know how this goes and works but it is allways good to ask to know more.
Im not drinking, smoking, using drugs. Im eating 2-3 times a day " random times ", sleeping bad...
19 years old, 70 kg . . around 1,80m tall.
Im training MMA, Days 19.00-21.00. -- Weekend: 13.00-15.00.
Monday : Judo.
Tuesday: BJJ / Thaiboxing.
Wednesday: Judo.
Thursday: BJJ / Thaibox.
Saturday: Sparring.
Im driving my bicycle to the training, its 3 km.
Im running / jogging 2-3 times a week. ( 20-30 mins/day)
Im training my whole body with my own body weight,
Crunches, push ups, squats, tricep, bicep and some more. 4-5 times per week.
(Takes 1-2 hours)
Gym 1-2 times a week to improve strenght. ( 2 hours/day)
Dont worry, im resting my body when it needs. I can feel when i do overwork.
This is what i do and i feel like i need more. I feel like i need some good tips! Thanks!!!
