So let's say bob is arrested for cultivating marijuana for personal use. When weed becomes legal, which it will since the propaganda is wearing off. Will that charge be removed from bob's record? I ask this as a marijuana smoker who is does not like buying dirty street weed. Please no "marijuana is the devil" crap, I have researched it enough to know that it is harmless.
