My friend owns a small business and keeps her own manual accounting system using a general journal and ledger. However, lately she's been doing a lot more business and needs to know how to modify her current manual accounting system to accommodate for this new business. She usually checkes her ledger by using a trial balance. She definitely does not want to switch to using a computerized service. Thanks
