I have an external flash, but I can't get it to work.
It could possibly be a bum flash, or the batteries I put it might not be strong enough.
My dad has told me he'd try to 'fix' it, but he has yet to touch it.
it's an "Achiever 260AF".
I've looked online to see if that model has some problems...
but I can't find anything about it.
Maybe it just isn't compatible with my model.
It's older, and at the time, it was one of the upper model flashes.
(we bought it along with my D200 and about 3 lenses from a family friend back in december)
And about the lighting.
I heard that I could tape a piece of paper over the internal flash if I 'had' to use it to help soften the light it puts off...
does that really work?
