question about legs

im 19 male 110lbs and when i walk downstairs my legs feel very wobbly i just noticed it the other week and concerned as i dont have health insurance and need something to turn to i told my parents my legs hurt a lot and they said just stop worrying about it i do get this fear of going downstairs for some reason before i go downstairs i get the butterfly feeling in your stomach any help or suggestions im not that active especially now its winter my legs are kinda bow legged i dont know if that would have anything to do with it
