I'm thinking of changing careers. I want to now what software most companies would use for the web design. Right now it seems like almost everything through my job is done through sharepoint. What would be the best software for me to learn to improve my chances of getting a job somewhere else...would it be DreamWeaver....learning HTML...Java...etc???
